1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available for purchases made through English Prep UZ (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing a subscription or any paid service on the Platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Services

English Prep UZ provides digital educational services, including:

• IELTS preparation lessons
• Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking practice
• AI-generated Writing feedback
• AI-generated Speaking feedback
• Progress tracking
• Premium learning features

Because these are digital services that become available immediately after purchase, our refund policy differs from that of physical products.

3. General Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, all purchases made through English Prep UZ are final.

Once access to Premium features has been granted, we generally do not provide refunds.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Premium upgrades
• AI Writing submissions
• AI Speaking submissions
• Unused subscription time
• Unused AI submission limits
• Partially used subscriptions

4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will generally not be issued if:

• You change your mind after purchasing.
• You decide not to use the Platform.
• You forget to cancel your subscription.
• You are dissatisfied with your examination results.
• You expected a guaranteed IELTS score.
• You have already accessed Premium content.
• You have already used AI Writing or Speaking features.
• Your subscription was only partially used.

5. Situations Where a Refund May Be Considered

We may review refund requests in situations such as:

• Duplicate payments.
• Incorrect billing due to a technical error.
• Payment processing errors.
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation).
• Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your registered email address.
• Transaction date.
• Payment provider used.
• Proof of payment (if available).
• A description of the issue.

We will investigate the matter and respond within a reasonable time.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Your Premium access will normally remain active until the end of the subscription period already paid for.

8. Failed or Incomplete Payments

If a payment fails or is declined:

• Premium access may not be activated.
• Existing Premium access may expire at the end of the current billing period.
• We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

9. Payment Providers

Payments are securely processed through authorized providers such as:

• Payme
• Click

Refund processing times may depend on the policies and procedures of the payment provider and your bank.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, English Prep UZ will comply with those legal obligations.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any updated version will become effective on the date shown at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
